Appears to originally in tan wrappers, this copy has lost those covers, with the only hint of them on the spine, where a printed title is still visible in tan wrapper. Worn at edges, with heavily soiled title page and rear blank two pages (final blank is 1/3 missing). A former owner put a twine three hole reinforcement to spine, which kept the book together. Book is heavily foxed. One full page map of Lake Minnetonka, a few illustrations. A guide to opening a farm, selecting a location, the towns and cities, climate.
